All shirts are currently priced at ₹499, unless otherwise stated. Prices and offers may change from time to time.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, product availability issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect customer information.

4. Payments

All payments must be completed through the payment methods available on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service. Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided where available.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Size exchanges are available subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

Since our shirts are priced affordably at ₹499, return/exchange shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, contact information, and selecting the correct size before placing an order. Twenty1 is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
